WSM’s first limited series bike is an air-cooled Ducati-based Leggero
Walt Siegl dropped out of art school in his native Austria when he was 19 years old to joined a road racing team. He then worked in France, Germany, Italy, before landing a job with the Austrian Foreign Service in New York City.
N.Y. is where Siegl started building motorcycles in the evenings after work. In 2007, he relocated with his family to an old mill town in southern New Hampshire to build motorcycles full time.
Siegl who road races V-Twins, started Walt Siegl Motorcycles (WSM) to build high-performance motorcycles using classic design elements. Each of the shops motorcycles are hand built using the highest quality parts and materials. A standard which embodies the founders appreciation for beauty, style and performance.
WSM’s first limited series motorcycles are the air-cooled Ducati-based Leggero. Built to client specifications, the Leggero is made to order using the shops exclusive designed frame and bodywork.
A Leggero kit is also available for those wishing to build their own motorcycles based on the WSM design.
