Luca Salvadori, a YouTuber, races a stock Ducati Panigale V4 S to victory after setting a new lap record at the MotoEstate Trophy Race in Cremona, Italy.
Salvadori took pole position in qualifying, setting a new track record with a time of 1:31.945. Then went on to win the 13 laps popular ‘Open Class’ amateur trophy race against other superbike-spec machines and edged out Fabrizio Perotti, who road an Aprilia RSV4.
Aside from a Ducati racing exhaust system, racing brake pads, and Pirelli slick tyres, the bike remained entirely stock. The stock V4 delivers 214bhp @ 13,000 rpm with 124Nm of torque @ 10,000 rpm. The racing exhaust increased power by 6 percent to 226 bhp & 131 Nm.
Motoestate championship includes six races, mainly scheduled on tracks in central and northern Italy. Over the years, as the two-wheel market evolved, so did the race categories, like the before mentioned ‘Open Class’ won by Salvadori.
Thanks to significant prize money, MotoEstate continues to attract more and more riders of all ages.
